The cutoff for NEET 2023 for government colleges is yet to be announced. However, the minimum marks required in NEET 2021 for MBBS admission in government colleges was 134 marks for general category students and 107 marks for OBC/SC/ST category students

Based upon your score in NEET 2022, and the previous year cutoff chances are less for admission in government medical college under all india quota and state level quota.

You may have chances in private college under state quota.

It is difficult to get admission into BHMS without NEET as mostly all the good colleges and universities consider NEET score only. However, there are a few colleges that conduct their entrance keeping NEET aside. You can check the list of BHMS colleges accepting NEET score here.

If you want to go for the pharmacy through the NEET the safe score to get for the admission in the top colleges, you have to score the marks in the range of 350-400 .Top colleges accepting NEET score for Pharmacy are ICT Mumbai, MSU Badodara, Bharti Vidyapeth.
