The NEET score required for admission to AIIMS Patna varies each year, and is dependent on various factors such as the number of candidates applying, the difficulty level of the NEET exam, and the availability of seats. The marks needed for MBBS depend on your state quota. In Delhi, top colleges may need 620–630 marks for General category. In some states like Himachal Pradesh, it can be as low as 550.

For the All India Quota, you should aim for 600+, and recent trends show 620 is usually safe.

Yes, you can get admission in BAMS, but there are less chances that you will get a government college. It is a good book indeed, but the questions are slightly controversial, causing further doubts. I'd recommend NCERT on your fingertips and exemplar along with modules instead.

Any college for MBBS is more or less the same, it's just the reputation. It is recommended that NCERT should be followed only for NEET as it is sufficient to get you a good college. Don't indulge in other material that make even the simpler things go above your head.

Hi Seem, I'm really sorry to inform you this, but you are not eligible for any government college in Lucknow. My suggestion will be either you prepare for the following years NEET (upcoming) or you can get admitted in any private institutions as they will consider you for your course of choice.
