As per government NEET cut off is 520. There is a less chance to get free seat. But you can go with payment seat.

NRI Students Quota Seats for MBBS Direct Admission through NEET UG Exam. But only a few students can get a seat in the medical colleges of India. Either you have to score good marks in the NEET UG exam or You must be capable Though it is not possible to get admission in MBBS WITHOUT NEET IN India. Although there is a 15 percent Quota for NRI Students.
