The NEET OMR response sheet refers to candidates' answer sheets or OMR sheets where they have marked their responses. On the other hand, the provisional answer keys refer to correct answer options according to NTA experts. The NEET OMR response sheets of candidates are scanned and uploaded on the official website of the exam which candidates can download and check for discrepancies. Candidates are also advised to note down their own responses or answer options marked to calculate their estimated scores.

The NEET 2025 OMR response sheet was released on June 3, 2025. Within this, candidates can check their OMR sheets or response sheets where they had marked answers in. In case of any discrepancy on the response sheet, candidates could submit obections or challenges to NTA by June 5, 2025, 11.50 PM. Along with the OMR sheet, NTA also released the provisional NEET answer keys. Candidates could submit objections against either or both documents. They could also calculate the estimated scores by crosschecking their responses on the NEET OMR sheet and the answer keys.

The NEET 2025 question paper was divided into four sets, 45, 46, 47 and 48. Unlike previous years, the NEET 2025 question paper sets were not alphanumeric but this year, the sets were only numeric. Moreover, till last year, a total of 24 question paper sets were given, as there were six subsets of each set. For example, NEET question paper set A had six subsets, A1, A2, A3.A6, and so on. However, this year, there were only four sets and no subsets.

The net magnetic flux through any closed surface is zero, according to Gauss's Law for magnetism.
Mathematically,
? B · dA = 0.
It states that all magnetic field lines that enter a surface must exit from it as well. In this way, it is different from the electric charges which can exist independently as positive and negative.

The Earth's magnetic field makes a magnetic inclination or dip with the horizontal plane at a particular location. It shows how much the magnetic field is tilted from the horizontal. It gets tilted due to the Earth's magnetic nature. The formula is:
tan I = B_V / B_H,
where B_V is the vertical component and B_H is the horizontal component of the Earth's magnetic field.

The angle between the magnetic north (the direction a compass points) and the geographic north (true north) is the magnetic declination. This angle can change over time due to changes in the Earth's magnetic field and varies with location on Earth. It is important for navigation where accurate directional orientation is crucial, especially in marine and aviation transport. The declination helps in avoiding navigational errors as it ensures that compass readings are corrected.
