Your NEET score is 353. Usually for B.A. MS one must score 420+ for general category for government college. For private it is 300+ Also it too depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota and 85% state quota seats in government colleges. Your Overall Percentile is: 85.55 - 86.05 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is : 200213 - 240363. For SC there comes 15% seat reservation.

To manage both board exam studies and NEET studies during board exams, create a timetable, prioritize your studies, prepare a study plan, focus on conceptual clarity, take breaks, stay motivated, and seek help if needed. Allocate more time to the subjects that need more attention, and focus on the topics that overlap in both the exams.

Remember to stay positive, set achievable goals, and reward yourself when you achieve them. Time management, proper planning, and consistent efforts can help you prepare for both exams effectively.

It is a good book indeed, but the questions are slightly controversial, causing further doubts. I'd recommend NCERT on your fingertips and exemplar along with modules instead.

400 marks in NEET are less for getting government Medical College using All India quota. As the All India quota cut off usually goes above 500 to get admission in government medical college. But you can get admission in private Medical Colleges easily using your NEET score
But you can try some good private medical college.
