I can answer this based on personal experience and known students. A M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy) student from Lovely Professional University bagged an International placement a Rs 1 Crore per annum [1]
A B.Tech Computer Sciences student from LPU bagged 42 lacs per annum [2]
Since the question pertains to the highest paying entry level jobs, I have mentioned the two above. There are many more jobs on which the fresh students can bag extremely high packages. Some of the most sought after ones are:
Business Analysts with large Investment banking companies. Doctors in government sector

Admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation/ post-graduation.
