NID Entrance Exam

The NID B.Des Seat Allotment Round 1 will start on May 27, 2025 and will end on May 30, 2025. At the time of seat allocation, candiates will have to submit the fees and uplaod the necessary documents. 

The NID B.Des Provisional Letter for B.Des programme will be released on June 10, 2025. Provisional Offer Letters for B.Des Admissions 2025 will be issued to candidates who have paid the non-refundable token fee and whose uploaded documents have been successfully verified and found to be in order.

Yes, a candiate can change his/her college preference multiple times before the deadline (May 19, 2025, 5 PM). After the deadline, the last college selected will be considered final.

The last date to submit the NID B.Des 2025 Campus/Institute Prefrence is May 19, 2025, 5 PM. The Submission window opened on May 16, 2025, 4 PM and will close on May 19, 2025, 5 PM. Window was activated with the declaration of NID B.Des Final Result. 

For the NID DAT Prelims, expected cutoffs usually range from 50-55 for General to 30-35 for PwD. For NID DAT Mains, expected cutoffs are generally higher, with General at 55-60 and PwD at 35-40. Through the DAT prelims scores, the candidates are shortlisted for the Mains. 

The shortlisted candidates for NID SEAT Allotment Round 1 will have to confirm their seat by: 

1. Paying the NON-REFUNDABLE Token Fees
2. Uploading the required documents

The deadline to pay the fee and upload the document  for NID M. Des Round 1 is May 08, 2025 (till midnight). The candidates are required to make the following online payment towards the Non-Refundable token fees.

The NID MDes Seat Allotment Round 1 will begin after the declaration of the Final Result. The Final result will be declared at 4 PM on May 06, 2025 and the Seat allotment will begin on the same day.

The deadline for fee payment and document upload is May 8, 2025 (till midnight) for NID MDes Round 1.
