NIT-Delhi is a new institute and run by MHRD at Narela in a temporary campus shared with IAMR campus. It is a very small campus, but well managed, and the space is used well. You can get admission in NIT-Delhi, as your rank is good. So, you can get admission.

Hello Chinmay,
Among all the colleges, you have listed above Information technology at IIIT Allahabad is much more better option than any other, because IIIT Allahabad is very much known for its excellent teaching and superb placements records.
Best wishes.

It all depends on your liking towards any of the branches that you have mentioned. NIT Trichy is one of the best and the oldest NIT amongst the other NITs. It can definitely fetch you good placements. Also, CSE at NIT Trichy is the best.

Hello Kumar,
NIT-Delhi is among top NITs of India so you need to score very well to get any good branches there. Considering your category, any score more than 210 is considered safe for admission.

If you consider the teaching quality all the institutes are at par with each other. but if placements are taken into consideration you can consider IIT Delhi and NITK.

Both the colleges are good and of government ownership.
So, it's up to you in which branch your interest lies.
Also, DTU has better standards than NIT, Delhi.
