Class 12th marks have no weightage in the preparation of JEE Main ranks. Students should know that the ranks will be determined based on their score in the entrance exam. However, for admission into IITs, NITs, CFTIs the score that candidates have secured in their class 12 board exam will be taken into account.

All depends on your Interest because choosing Branch is much Important You Learn many things in Next 4 years and Also work in same nature for whole Life so I suggest you If you got low rank in NIT then you can Join but important thing is that you should never compromise with Branch
If you can't get branch according your interest then never select NIT college or go for any private college.

Eligibility for VIT is those who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are eligible to apply. The Admission will be on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination (10+2)Mandatory Subjects: Mathematics/Biology, Physics chemistry
Candidates must have passed 10+2/equivalent from a recognised board/institute with mentioned marks and mandatory subjects.

Around 18000-20000 rank under 1st category is required in viteee to get admission in vit vellore at least. For the CSE branch, 5000-6000 rank is required. Though you can get a seat in a different department rather than CS. Go through the concealing process and opt for the options as per your interests.

Hello,
In the mark range of 125 to 145, you can end UPAT a NIT which ranks lower in comparison to the other NITs. For example, NIT Srinagar, NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Manipur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, etc.
IN mark range of 140 to160, you can end UPAT NIT which is better than the above ones but not the best, they are decent colleges in terms of education and placements. For example, NIT Jalandhar, NIT hamirpur, NIT kurukshetra, NIT Delhi, etc.
In the mark range of 160 to180, you can get admitted to one of the very good NIT of our country though not the best but very good in terms of education, campus facilities and placements. Some o
