You can get admission in any of NIT or IIIT because of your SC rank.

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria of NITs: Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programme at NIT are required to pass their 10+2 with Physics Chemistry Mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects. Candidates are required to secure at least 75% or 7.5 CGPA in aggregate. So you can not get NIT.

You need to get a minimum percentile in JEE Mains of 92 for oc, 85 for oc-ews,80 for BC and 70 for sc/St.

MCA provides a two-year course for the students who belong to the BCA course and a 3-year programme for non-BCA students.

NIT or IIT don't have B. Tech through the lateral entry you can give exam for entry in 4-year engineering, there are other good colleges like DTU and Thapar which provides lateral entry.

Getting admission in NITs require general rank below 30000. It would be safe if you get that. You may get NITs till 40000 somehow. So coming for EWS quota there will be 10% increment in seats.
