At this rank, you will not be able to get any NIT, but you can go for LPU. As it is one of the private universities in terms of its placement and infrastructure. Teachers are highly qualified.

No, I don't think that it will be better than IIT or NIT, because the major difference is population and practical work .

I am very sorry to say that you may not be able to get any seat in NIT Rourkela even tough it's your home state. After considering the JEE Main inputs, your probable rank will be 165,204 - 185,204 and your probable category rank range will be 8422 - 9422.
