There are very low chance to get a seat in NITs until 7th round according to your rank. But this year also there will be spot round then you will definitely get a seat in NIT in some branches. M.Sc. In NIT Surat
Biotech engineering, industrial and production engineering, Textile in NIT Jalandhar
There is no chance to get core branch in any NIT. But you may get chemical branch and any local branch like : Metallurgical and biotech and M.Sc. In NIT Silcher, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Agartala, NIT Durgapur, NIT Patna. Disclaimer : I have written this answer according to last years last rank and cut off. There may be variation for this year. Hello Jaswanth,
You have stated that your OBC rank is about 23000 while CRL rank is about 80000. In all these institutions put together there are approximately 50000 seats, out of these roughly 25% are for OBC non creamy layer. So you can imagine where do you stand. However getting admission is very dynamic and depends on many variables, hence you may still have chances of getting admission. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Hello Rugved,
Your ranking in JEE Mains is at about 55000. The total number of seats is at around 50,000, out of these almost 50% are under one of the other reserved category. That leaves only about 25,000 seeds for general category candidates. So you can see for yourself as to where you stand. Of course your ranking also includes many students who may be having some category or the other and placed above you. Hence there is still a possibility for you to get admission. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains.
