With your JEE Mains rank, you have only low chances under your category, to get admission at a top ranking NITs or other colleges. However, if you wish to know your chances, you may use the college predictor tool below :

Hello Purandhar,
There is a PwD category which has some seats reserved such as for SC, ST, etc. Hence, the PwD category rank determines your admission. The JEE Mains rank is used for getting a seat at NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

No,
It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You have to go with low tier private colleges, use the college predictor tool to know in which colleges you can get admission.

No, this is not possible for a Diploma holder for NIT colleges through JEE Mains but you can directly take admission in IITs through LEET examination in the 2nd year of engineering. LEET examination specially conducted for those who want to take admission in IIT after Diploma.
