No, you can't as NIT Trichy is among the best NIT with a good rank, so getting a seat with such a percentile is quite tough. Most of the students with 95+ percentile manage to get a seat in NIT, Trichy. Category wise somehow you can manage. With 200 Marks in JEE Mains paper 2 exams and 73.6% score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in NIT's and IIT's. But, surely you can secure admission in other good colleges.
