Hi,
First of all congratulations, with 108/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 72.82 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 65.88% score in your class 12th, you may have less chances to secure admission in NIT's but surely you will get other good colleges. Check the link below to get a list of approved architecture colleges. https://www.coa.gov.in/index1.php?lang=1&level=0&linkid=25&lid=26

It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs, as there are only 9 NITs where the seats are less than 600 in total. And even most of the government colleges have different opening ranks which you have to refer depending upon your choice.

Hello,
BITS Pilani vs NIT. I think the comparison is between two well known, well talented and academically excellent institutions. I think both of these are at the same level. Many a times NIT's get a bad name just because they are government owned institutions, while BIT gets a good press. My personal opinion is that in many aspects NIT's are much better than BIT. However if you are getting admission in any of the campuses of BIT then you should not hesitate to accept. Best wishes to you.

Hello,You have not mention your category I am assuming you to be of general category. You said you have got low percentage in JEE Mains so there is no chance of getting Government College you have to find out some good private colleges only. Try
YMCA
LNCT Bhopal
Sgsits
Davv Indore
MIT Pune
Pantnagar University.

It will be very difficult for you to get admission in any nits with this rank in JEE Mains. I will suggest you to go for state private colleges or colleges like Amity University or LPU. You can also predict other possible colleges here:

You just need to pass in all the subjects of class 12th board. And, if your score in class 12th board is above 60 percent, then it will be helpful for you to seat in placements. As many companies require 60% marks in class 12th board. Best of luck.

Hi,
You should try for lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. You can also predict other possible colleges here:

Best of luck.
