The first cutoff will be released only after the first round counselling of JEE Mains. You need to wait for the same. The cutoffs will be different for different NITs.

It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs, as the seats are limited to less than 600 in all NITs. Those who get AIR more than 1.5k makes them nearly impossible to get admission in NITs.
