If you are of a general category student then you will not get any government college, if you are from other category, then there are some chances. All the best.

First of all congratulations, with 108/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 72.82 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 65.85% score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in NIT's, but surely can get other good colleges.

i. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below: (a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination.
