You just need to pass in all the subjects of class 12th board exams. If you score 60%+ then it will be helpful for you at the time of placement. You just need a valid score (above 40%) to get admission in NITs for Bachelor of Architecture courses.

B.Arch seats are highly limited in NITs and IITs. There are highly less chances to get admission in NITs with this rank. It is better to try in private Institutes.
