Getting CSE at NIT Calicut with 23486 rank in JEE Mains will be difficult. You can easily get information technology, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering there. Your rank is too high. To get a seat in NIT even in home state under SC category you need at least rank below 10,000. At this rank you can't get any seat in NIT.

Hi Yaswanth,
Yes, you can get admission in NIT Andhra Pradesh. Although, you will not get top branches like computer Science engineering, but you can get ECE, EE or Civil Engineering. You can also about other colleges available for you with this rank here:

Only 5 subjects marks are included for cutoff or you can say eligibility criteria for NIT iiit admission. Taking 3 main subjects + 1 language + 1 extra subject.

Hi, every year there has been a rank fluctuation in the counseling conducted by JoSSA for admission to NIT's. An average percentile of 89-92 maybe the cut off this year around for NIT's.
