Hi,
Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. here:

It's not possible for a general category even if you belong to EWS to get admission in NITs with this rank!
You can only go with college predictor tool to know in which colleges you are eligible to apply. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.

Yes, for girl candidate at the rank of 53,000, you can get into the NITs. But, you have to be sure that the NIT in which you are getting in is better than other government colleges, because at this rank still, you have chances to get into other government colleges.
