As you have scored 31983 in general list, so, I will suggest you to go for middle and lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. as per your interests and convenience. You will definitely get a seat in these nits, if you participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly.
Best of luck.

As you have scored 2k rank in JEE Mains exam 2019 and you belongs to PWD category, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in computer Science engineering will be difficult. So, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.
Best of luck.

As you have scored 130411 rank in JEE Mains exam 2019. Also, you belongs from OBC category. So, getting an NIT in any government colleges will be difficult with this score. Still, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling.

As you have scored 158456 rank in JEE Mains exam 2019, you are from west Bengal. So, you should apply for some good private colleges of the state like IEM, Techno India, Meghnad Saha, Haldia, Heritage, etc. as per your interests and convenience. Because getting a government college or an NIT will be difficult with this score.
Best of luck.

Yes, you can. Since the minimum percentage in board exams to get admission with JEE scores through JoSAA counseling is 75 percent. Hence you can apply for admission at NITs.
All the best!
