I hope you are doing well. If you are talking about the B.Tech branches i.e. CS or IT then you should start with IIITs as they are having CS branch and after that NITs are having CS branch.

In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre college. DIT University takes students on basis of JEE Rank & 12th Boards Merit. The first counselling for engineering is on 9th & 10th of June. So if you are having 60% throughout in class 10th, 12th & PCME of 12th, then you are eligible to participate for the same. And for this, you have to register online by 5th of June through the website:
