I am definitely sure that you will get admission in NIT. First of all, your score is 200+ and you have SC quota.
So, don't worry.
Go for the counselling.

For admission in NITs, 75% in boards are compulsory for general category student and 65% is compulsory for SC/ST category student.

Counseling for IITs, NITs and GFTIs are conducted simultaneously by the counselling body named JOSAA candidate who are eligible for counselling can fill the application form in between 15-19th of June and till now 1st round of counselling is over.

No, IITs and NITs don't accept UPSEE, but you should go for. LPU or Amity. They accept UPSEE scores.
