Hello Himangshu,
In PCM, you need to have a minimum of 65% to qualify for admission into NITs. You also should have a good score in JEE Mains.

Basically, all are equally good but there are some NITs which are new so you cannot get good infrastructure. But faculty members are good.

Yes, sure. The eligibility criteria is a minimum of 75% (overall) in class 12th with PCM as a mandatory subject. Make sure you work hard so that you could qualify with very high marks in your respective category, so you will able to get a good college via JEE mains in one attempt.
