Other than JEE Mains, you can write BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM JEEE, AEEE and MUOET.
These are one of the top colleges for engineering and also equally competitive.

The fees of NIT's is about Rs.1.25 Lacs per annum. But now they have been given freedom to enhance it on a regular basis. But you should not worry. With world-class facilities, it's worth it added with good placements. Also, banks are willing to give education loan.

CSE is one of the demanded courses in NITs and IITs. So, only if you have a score of 300 and above, you can get a seat at the top NITs for computer science engineering course.

There are any good engineering colleges apart from IIT/NIT or BITS Pilani. You can consider DTU, VIT, Thapar University and MIT Manipal for admission. There are many central universities that are also decent. The colleges in Delhi NCR under AKTU( formerly UPTU) like AKG, KIET, JSS, GCET can also be looked upon. You can choose from them as per your preference of streams and location.
All the best.

As NITs and IITs are government colleges, there is no management quota. The admissions are purely based on merit and so you need to qualify the respective entrance exams.
