Yes You have a chance to get admission in Some average level NITs. So kindly apply for Josaa Counselling. You can get some good NITs as well by chance.

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2 because above 300 marks are considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs or government colleges. So, there is no NIT available for you, so you should try for private colleges.

Sorry, 213 marks in JEE paper 2 is too high rank, because 300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs. So, you should try for any private college.

Yes, you will definitely get a NIT with a rank of 1137 in JEE Mains paper 2.
Your score at this rank must be 300 or 300+
So, don't worry, you will get a NIT.

Your home state is mentioned on your birth certificate, if you have Tripura as your home state, you can surely mention it in the admission process.
