You can try for NIT Trichy. Hopefully, you'll get a seat there. Else you can try for MNIT Jaipur, NIT Calicut and MANIT-Bhopal. Moreover, you can also try for SPA's.

There are NIT'S from low rank to high rank. So, it depends if you are getting top NIT's like NIT-Trichy, NIT- Surathkal, NIT-Calicut and as such. Moreover, DTU is one of the topmost college of the country and has a good placement record.

It's not possible to get admission with this score even with these marks. Try getting different colleges and improve your skills because at the end they matter more than colleges.

Sorry but your rank is too high with 200 marks in JEE paper 2 because 300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs. So you shall try for a private college.

No, you cannot do that. You will have to follow a proper counselling and then only you can get an engineering seat under the allocated college. There is no short cut.
