So with the Rank 41149 with the SC category reservation you can get many NITs

  • NIT Agartala
  • NIT Meghalaya
  • NIT Raipur
  • NIT Jalandhar
  • NIT Goa
  • NIT Hamirpur
  • NIT Allahabad
  • NIT Durgapur

You may not get the top branches for top course is like computer Science but it is very likely that you will get admission with this rank with SC category reservation.

Thank you

IITs and NITs usually do not offer specific subject modules or electives with a focus on ChatGPT, but you can look forward to some related concepts of AI and machine learning technology, which are becoming very prominent in recent times. You can study full time courses like BTech in AI and Data Science and BTech in AI & ML offered at these top institutes, with a focus on machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and AI basics, all of which are related to ChatGPT applications.

With a 95 percentile in JEE Main, you can likely expect to get into a good NIT, though it might be challenging to secure a seat in the top NITs for popular branches like Computer Science. You should have a good chance at mid-range NITs and potentially some of the newer NITs, especially for less competitive branches.

You might have a good chance at NITs like NIT Jalandhar (Instrumentation and Control Engineering), NIT Agartala (Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering), NIT Meghalaya (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering), NIT Raipur (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology), and NIT Puducherry (Mechanical Engineering

Yes, a 95.69 percentile in JEE Main, with an EWS category, provides a good chance of getting into a National Institute of Technology (NIT).

While securing a top NIT for highly competitive branches like CSE (Computer Science Engineering) might be challenging.

You have a good probability of getting into other branches or other NITs.

At ST category the candidates can enter an NIT when they get around 47-58 percentile in JEE Main and generally the official cutoff is about 46.69 percentile (according to recent trends). But to get admission in some branches especially in the popular ones like CSE or in NITs in the top bracket (like Trichy, Warangal) then the percentile/rank will go up sharply often in the 75-89 percentile range of the candidates in ST category. In older or less popular NITs, less competitive branches could accept even a percentile in the range of 50-60s. Admission is a final call based on a certain branch, the state quota of home state as well as the

Yes, you are eligible to register for JoSAA counselling even if you are not eligible for JEE Advanced. Your 31 percentile and 30,000 rank in ST category allow you to participate in JoSAA, although the chances of getting top NITs may be low. You may have a better chance in NITs from the North-East or in less competitive branches. Make sure to list all available options during choice filling and consider state-level options too.

With an OBC NCL category rank of 1,51,000, it becomes quite challenging to secure a seat in the core branches of NITs or IIITs through JoSAA rounds. However, a few newer IIITs or GFTIs may still have openings in streams like Metallurgy, Production, or even Civil in later rounds. Keep an eye on spot round announcements and also consider private colleges with good reputations and lateral entry or transfer options in the second year.

With an OBC rank of 75,231, your chances of getting into a top-tier NIT, IIIT or GFTI are quite slim, especially in highly sought-after branches like Computer Science or Electronics. However, you might still have a slight chance in newer GFTIs or lesser-known IIITs with core branches like Civil or Mechanical Engineering under spot or special rounds. You may also explore state counselling opportunities in Tamil Nadu. Keep backup options ready in private colleges or deemed universities with scholarships to stay on track academically.

Since you have a 98.83 percentile in JEE Main, there are great chances of computer Science (CS) branch in various good NITs. Although you may find it quite competitive to secure CS in the best NITs like the Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal, chances are you will get CS in NIT Delhi, NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Durgapur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Patna, NIT Raipur, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, NIT Silchar and NIT Andhra Pradesh. Your prospects are better still, when you have a home-state quota or fall under one of the reserved categories. Make sure that the cut offs of the previous year are looked up in JoSAA counselling.
