hi,
With 95.3 percentile in JEE Main under the OBC-NCL category, you may have good chances in several National Institutes of Technology for branches like Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Production, Biotechnology, or some circuital branches in newer NITs depending on your home state quota and cutoff trends. Institutes such as National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, National Institute of Technology Raipur, and National Institute of Technology Silchar could be realistic options. Final admission depends on CRL rank, category rank, branch preference, and JoSAA counselling cutoffs.

IITs are generally ranked higher and attract more global recruiters, but top NIT branches like CSE or ECE at Trichy, Surathkal, or Warangal often rival mid-tier IITs.
After your first job, skills, projects, and reputation matter far more than the institute name. So if you are getting a top NIT with a great branch like CSE, it can easily be a better choice than a new IIT with a weaker branch.
