You certainly have scored good marks in your board exams but your score in JEE is not satisfactory to get admission in IIT, NIT or government colleges. However you can apply for private colleges. You have good score in 12 based on which you may get a good scholarship offered by some private universities. There's no comparison amongst them. Both are different. NIT's tag makes you different from the crowd.

You have higher possibilities to get admission in NITs.

The fee structure is approximately 94,000 INR per year. But, do not worry, you will easily get bank loans.

If you want CSE, it is best if you get it from any university
It is not worth compromising on your interest for some college's name.
