very tough for general. but try . u should take private like MIT pune or jypee or galgotia etc best for cse

The cut-offs vary year after year, hence, I request you to attempt the paper to the best of your capabilities. The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. My suggestion is first you should to go your nearby NIT and apply for counselling after that they will decide whether you are elligible for admission in NIT or not.

I am not sure of the normalisation for ISC boards. But it is possible for you to get CSE in NIT Srinagar or Nagpur.

Sure you will get chemical engineering in NIT. Because there is no more high cut off for chemical engineering. You can apply for chemical in VNIT Nagpur , MNIT Jaipur , NIT jalandhar .
