unfortunately u can't get any colleges because u couldn't cross cut of.my marks is also 60 jee main 2016.

you can get EEE and hardly ECE in last rounds.

Going by your you may not be able to get into NIT however you may get a seat in NIT based on quota/reservation. It will be worth waiting if you get a seat. Moreover I will suggest you to have some alternate options. There are universities which have good placement records and stand high on rankings.

It depends upon branch , your state and category.
for general category atleast 200 marks in JEE mains is required for NIT.
