NLU Odisha does not provide direct admission to students. Students have to pass the qualifying exam and entrance tests for admission and selection. For admission applicants must have graduated from an authorized university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD). They need to have a valid CLAT entrance exam score.

Candidates who meet the requirements must show up for the CLAT-PG Entrance exam.  The NLU consortium announced the cutoff for NLU Odisha LLM Admission based on the results of the CLAT-PG entrance test.  In order to gain admission, candidates who met the qualifying cutoff points in the CLAT exam

KIIT is a private institution and NLU is government. Fees of KIIT is quite higher than the NLU but placements in KIIT are not as compared with the ROI of the fees. NLU placements are far better than the KIIT placements.

Yes, NLUO is generally considered more expensive than KSOL for the BBA LL.B. program. The annual tuition fee at NLUO is  120000 Ruppes, while at KSOL it is 80000 Ruppes. Additionally, there are various other fees for admission, student welfare, examinations, and services, contributing to a significantly higher total cost at NLUO compared to KSOL. Despite the higher expenses, NLUO's prestige, strong academic reputation, and better placement record make it an attractive option for students serious about their legal careers, while KSOL provides a more affordable alternative.

Securing admission to NLUO BBA LL.B. programme with a 75 percentile in CLAT is contingent on various factors. While a 75 percentile is a solid score, the competitive landscape fluctuates annually, impacting the cutoff requirements. Typically recommended for general category candidates is a score between 75 and 80, with an ideal target of 80 to 85 for a competitive edge. Given the estimated cutoff range for top NLUs, including NLUO, falling between 95 and 105, aiming for a higher percentile is advisable. Yearly variations in CLAT cutoffs, distinct cutoffs across categories, and the holistic evaluation of applicants based on academic rec

National Law University Odisha lets you join their LL.M programme if you did well on the Common Law Admission Test. You just need a Bachelor degree in Law with at least 50% marks, and a good CLAT score. Even if you are still in the final year of your LL.B. you can apply as long as you have got 50% marks until your last declared semester or year. The admission process is competitive, and while your CLAT score is essential, NLUO might also look at your academic record, and any extracurricular stuff you have done. In 2023, the highest CLAT score they accepted for LL.M admission at NLUO was 504 for the general category and 408 for OBC (Non
