Both the courses are equally good and have tremendous job opportunities. It entirely depends on how well you understand and handle the stream and increase your scope of growth. Different courses are popular at different places and the popularity depends upon the day to day requirement of that place.
Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do

As you've done B.Com so there are two major courses for you. First M.Com and second MBA/ PGDM. If you go for M.com then rst assured that it will not give u better employablitiy. So my suggestion is go for MBA/PGDM.
let me tell you that there are many colleges for MBA/ PGDM but you need to consider that the following things. I would strongly recommend you to visit the college and possibly enquire about the 3 different criteria
1. The course structure and recognition
2. Course fee and affiliation
3. The Placements
To know all this, its is very important to Pay a visit to the college and ask the counselor what the College Vision is a

After completing Bachelor of Nursing course, one may find employment in :
- Hospitals, Nursing Homes , Multi-specialist Clinics
- Other work arrangements are as private duty nurses, as resident nurses for private patients, in nursing homes, extended health care facilities, daycare centres, public health agencies or in hospitals
- Specialist nurses work in hospitals which render specialist medical services
- Nursing aides/attendants work in hospitals, nursing homes and extended care facilities
- Work in emergency care
