Yes, you may be eligible for a BSc in Nursing without appearing for CNET if you meet the eligibility criteria and are admitted through direct admission.
Eligibility criteria
You must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) subjects
You must have passed English as a compulsory subject in Class 11 and 12
You must be medically fit as declared by the Medical Board constituted by the Government Medical College or the District CMO.

Yes, there are some physical criteria required to be fulfilled for Obstetrics & Gynaecology Nursing course admission such as being medically fit for the services and you must not having colour vision deficiency. Meanwhile, students with colour vision deficiency can wear a corrective lens.
Apart from this, the basic educational eligibility criteria are mandatory to get admission to an OB/GYN course admission.

Students of class 12th in PCM group are not normally qualified for B.Sc Nursing. Generally the admission requirements to enroll for B.Sc Nursing are candidates are expected to have passed the 10+2 with PCB –Physics, Chemistry, and Biology – with an average of between 45% to 50%. Some institutions may also require students to have passed in English individually for example in exams or tests. Nevertheless, there might be a chance that some universities will enroll students with PCM profile as long as they have Biology in their curriculum too. To get into B.Sc Nursing through KCET 2024, one has to meet certain instructions stated by the Karnataka Examinations Authority. If you did not cancel your B.Sc Nursing seat in 2023 but did not enrol in the course, you may still be eligible for a seat in 2024, provided:
