This depends on what your aspirations are from the Online MBA Degree experience. The assets of a top, full-time in-person MBA are unique, such as relationship-building and intensive classroom discourse, and cant be replaced by online study. However, many of the hard skills and managerial philosophy that you would gain in a full-time MBA will also be taught in an online MBA. Whether the online degree would add value for you with employers would depend on what kinds of employers you're targeting; those who hire alumni from top MBA programs would probably not be moved by an online degree, but other employers will see your MBA as verificat
