Actually, there are no dis-advantages. It's simply that till now, you are accustomed to pen & paper and suddenly online. Going forward, more & more exams are likely to be conducted online only.

Keep checking their website. It starts around February.

You fill the forms and give your exam. Your scores will be used for admission process which will be held at different centres later this year.

Alliance University - Bangalore offer executive PGDM to students, who have completed Diploma. But, you need good work experience.
