Hello, I'd suggest choose GIM due to the better brand name, placements, and infrastructure. Though you should also check out the student reviews of both the colleges for more insights and then take a final call.

Hi sail!
As you have completed your graduation, also, you have two years of work experience. You can definitely go for MBA in distance learning mode. For that, you need to appear for the CAT entrance exam. After securing a good score you will be eligible to take admission in any MBA colleges who provide distance learning programs. Some colleges like NITIE, Mumbai is considered as best of them.
Best of luck.

Depends on Institute, in which you aim to pursue. The situation in operation management is critical in majority of Institutes. Companies aim to recruit students with a bare minimum package of 3.5 to 4 LPA.
Also big brands like Schlumberger are ready to pick candidates with experience at a pay package of around 9LPA.

Yes, as far as you are keen on pursuing your dream career path, you can do courses beside any MBA degree. And, additional specialization will only help you in the long run.

Hello,
Yes, it is a good option since engineering students would relate to it easily. NITIE and IIT-Mumbai are great colleges for pursuing MBA in operations.

Your top choice should be Regular Management. Operations management is also good but as title suggests is only limited to scope of operation. Strategic Management is also very niche course focusing only on certain aspect of management. You can choose a course on basis of your requirements. If your company has a demand for certain degree for promotion then choose that. Otherwise, Regular MBA is a better choice.

Your choice of MBA specialization is good, but mode of learning is bad. Because, MBA in operations in distance mode, the value is zero, because you will learn nothing because you will not get any practical exposure. All the best.
