The objective of Operation Research is to assist the decision makers with solutions based on the scientific basis for problems that involve a lot of moving parts, by employing people from different disciplines in pursuit of a solution that is good enough.

This year Pon Pure Chemicals is visiting for placements in operations sector next month (November 2017). On the benefit side, placement team is trying to bring in companies for operations. Last year Amazon offered a package of 14 lakhs CTC. Placement in operations sector is limited but it is improving day to day.
