In recent years OPJU has recorded a the highest package of 33 LPA from Amazon with the average package hovering between 5-6 LPA across all programs. The placement rate has been solid, ranging from 84% to 89% in the last few years and several companies visited the campus for recruitment including TCS, Jindal Steel, Genpact.

The ultimate goal at OP Jindal University of students is to get secure and it is possible through ascertaining good placement in great company. Over 180 companies participated in the 2023 OP Jindal University (OPJU) Raigarh placements, including HCL, Cognizant, Asian Paints, and Reliance. The companies that visited the campus in 2023 included:
Amazon, Cognizant, IBM, Infosys, Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, Accenture, and ITC.OPJU's placement percentage has increased from 88% in 2022 to 91% in 2023. The highest salary package offered is around 32 LPA, and many students have received internship offers from reputed companies such as Wipro, Jindal, and Byju's.
