Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 in relevant subjects to apply for certificate courses. Since the selection is merit-based, the academy considers the Class 12 scores of the candidates for admission. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Yes, there are certain medical requirements that a candidate must fulfill in order to apply for a training programme at OFAA. Candidates are required to meet medical standards as per the norms laid down by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). When students are admitted to PPL/CPL, they need to undergo Class II Medical with DGCA empaneled medical examiners. Further, Students must do the equivalent (mock-up) Class I Medical at the time of admission as it is a mandatory requirement before the issuance of the Commercial Pilot License.
