Computer Science and Software Engineering have quite a bit of overlap at the University of Ottawa. There are benefits to both fields, but I would say that at every university, you have the opportunity to become an excellent software developer. It is 90% of your own efforts, and up to 10% related to the university that you go to.

According to the official website of the university, one must have completed Bachelors with 70% marks. There are certain subjects like biology that are mandatory during the Bachelors programme along with other requirements. If you wish to understand how you can meet these requirements and get a seat for MBBS in Canada's Ottawa University, visit Shelldreams Overseas website. They can help you with their professional expertise in this matter.

Hi Esha,
Your grades are way below average to study in Canada. A minimum 75% is required. Also, there is no MBBS as such, you have to apply for a Bachelor's degree, clear MCAT and start your medical studies.

Hi Ashwin,
For MS programs, an overall score of 6.5 is required. Please check the university website for specific details. Also you have not mentioned your grades. I will suggest you visit the department website for specific entry requirements.

MS in CSE is a very competitive course, and all the colleges/universities you have mentioned are under SPP. SPP courses get high number of applications, so it becomes even more competitive. However, your profile is decent. You should get accepted in at least one institute from the above. Please do mention if you will take GRE in future or not. GRE scores might prove to be important in your case.
