Yes, it is required for alll students to purchase a meal plan. International students who live in University-sponsored housing are required to have the all access meal plan their first year in attendance. Check below the meal plans for international students.
- All Access Meal Plan: Unlimited meals for the student; includes USD 100 dining dollars per semester.
- 225-block Meal Plan: Provides 225 meals per semester; includes USD 75 dining dollars per semester.
- 100-block Meal Plan: Provides 100 meals per semester; includes USD 75 dining dollars per semester.

The Franklin County High Achiever award is a competitive scholarship which is annually awarded to select students who will be attending Ottawa University. Areas of consideration for the awarding of the Franklin County High Achiever Scholarship include academics, extra-curricular activities, school involvement, and community involvement. The competition consists of a portfolio submission and on-campus interview. The recipient will be recognised at the Senior Award/Recognition Ceremon. Applicant mus have a minimum GPA of 3.25, cumulative ACT score of 21 or higher (or SAT equivalent).
