In the field of education, one cannot specify institutes as good, better or best unless the parameters for making judgements are known. Such parameters can also vary from person to person, place to place. You are talking of part-time MBA which means the college has to be in your city. So it means you want to know the best one in your city. In Mumbai, Welingkars is quite reputed. In case you have Distance education (and not part-time) in mind then you can bank upon Symbiosis, or SMU, or ICFAI.

1 year executive MBA is a good option, as you have a work-ex of 3 years. Generally 2 year full-time program is suitable with 1-2 year work-ex. You can look for 1 year programs offered by IIMs, GLIM, ISB, SP JAIN.
