If you just want to get an "MBA" degree then you can go ahead for part-time MBA. It won't teach you much, you will have to appear for exams and you have a degree with minimal value to help in your career.
The reason people do part-time MBA is, sometime helps them to get promotion in their current jobs. There may be a situation where your promotion is avoided since you don't have a advance degree in comparison to your peers. I have seen some big hot shot corporate biggies who don't have a full time MBA degree and their employer don't know about this. You have to clear same exams that are available for normal MBA entrance exam. You can give from CAT, CMAT, CET, ATMA, etc.

Yes, you can. There are lots of colleges who offers part time MBA courses. I don't know about the good colleges in Bangalore and Gurgaon but in Pune our college Department of management science Pune University (PUMBA) has an course called Executive MBA where lots of working people do their MBA. Actually, they had classes at night about 7 PM and its a 3 year course.

Yes, the placement for the part time MBA is same as the full time. You can attend the interview of all the company that a regular student attend. But the thing is, that the salary may vary a bit up to 5k (they will have greater than you). They will get higher salary than a part time student. Nothing else will change.

MBA part time fees differ from college to college. The duration is of 3 years and lectures are either every day in the evening or weekend again based on the college you opt out for.
In colleges like JBIMS which is well-known for its part time courses - the fees is 1.51 LPA for 3 years.
For Welingkar it's again the same - close to 1.8 LPA for 3 years
For NMIMS it is close to 6 LPA approximately
The exact fee amount keeps on fluctuating and can be found out by visiting the website of each college.
