Online MBA is mainly useful for working professionals in order to polish & gain important skills and knowledge related to an MBA program.
But if you pursue full time MBA from any of the reputed business school that would surely increase your chances for better career growth & will help you in getting placed into a good & reputed company in your areas of interest. For Example - If your areas of Interest is banking & finance then I would recommend you to pursue MBA in banking & finance from Symbiosis School of Banking & Finance. There are differences in fees, duration, syllabus of the course, evaluation pattern and recognition. Some course may have weekend classes, some may have classroom sessions at the campus for 2/3 weeks during the entire course, some may have web based sessions at regular intervals and some may have sessions by VC.
