Hello,
The fee structure of the course depends upon the subject and college in which you are getting admission. So, without choosing college it would be difficult to say. But, as per my view if you are seeking a good college then the fees would be in range of 25-35k.

It's good to opt for regular full time course because regular students learn more than part-timers.

Yes, it is possible. Most of these courses are part time programs. You need to practice at least 4-6 hours every day. By practice I mean, hands on various software being taught to you.

Yes it is partly true as most employers prefer employing those people who have work experience of at least one year. This may not be the case for international students, so finding a job in Ireland could be hard.
