MBA is where class dynamics & interactive environment matter a lot which will be missing in distance course. If possible you must go for part time because there will be real time live discussion with faculty & classmates who will enrich the whole.experience with their diverse backgrounds.

if you take up Level 7 diploma program the cost of tuition fees will be around 7.5 lakhs in any colleges in New Zealand. You will have classes only two days in a week and you are legally allowed to work 20 hours part time per week. if you share your room with other students and do your own cooking and eat your living cost will be around 25000 INR per month. For one year it will be 4 lakhs. Hence total costs around 12 lakhs for one year. Currently the students are earning 85000 to 100000. per month on part time jobs. Hence it is possible to earn your tuion fees in NewZealand and also in UK

I would advise you that at least have 2years of work experience and then go for MBA overseas, usually many colleges abroad prefer who have work experience, and coming to MBA program USA, UK, Australia, Singapore are best countries to do MBA program. And 10lakhs budget is No ways enough, as per year college fees least you can find 7 lakhs and + living costs per year 3 lakhs (depends on countries) at least make sure you have got 30lakhs in hand for stressfree living and for doing MBA
