Finding on-campus part-time jobs while studying at Green River College is manageable. Students are allowed to work for 20 hours per week. Getting part time jobs at Northlake College is considered easy. The college offers a Federal work study program which is a need-based financial aid program. The college has its job portal JAIN where the hiring procedure takes place and students can find on-campus jobs on the portal.

The surrounding area of Oceanside and nearby San Diego has a diverse job market with numerous part-time job opportunities in retail, hospitality, food service, and administrative roles. In off-campus part-time jobs, students can earn $15 to $25 per hour.
