Hi Raghav Pareek, Here is the query of your query To absorb what others are thinking then
practice talking slowly. Speaking slowly and deliberately can lessen stress and the signs and symptoms of a stutter. Keep away from trigger words. Folks who stutter need to not experience as though they need to prevent the use of precise phrases if this is not their desire. Attempt mindfulness. Have an open posture. Be at ease, but don't slouch. Use a company handshake. However do not get over excited!
