Candidates need to appear for the CUET PG exam to get admission in some of the PG Diploma courses offered at Indian Institute of Mass Communication. These courses are: PG Diploma in Hindi Journalism, PG Diploma in Radio and TV Journalism (Bilingual- English & Hindi), PG Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations (Bilingual- English & Hindi), PG Diploma in English Journalism and PG Diploma in Digital Media. Those clearing the CUET PG exam are required to attend the counselling conducted by the Indian Institute of Mass Communication.

To be eligible for admission in PG Diploma courses in Madras University, aspirants shall have a valid UG Diploma/Bachelor or equivalent degree from UNOM or PG Diploma courses in Madras University, aspirant shall have a valid UG Diploma/Bachelor or equivalent degree from UNOM or from any other university recognised as equivalent thereto. Additionally, the candidate must have studied the relevant subject in the last qualifying examination as per the chosen specialisation. Further, the university accepts applications of only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. The relevant documents for eligibility also have to be presented

A minimum of 50% in the 10+2 level results is the basic requirement. It is necessary for students to have a Science background. If not MBBS, the applicant must have a related medical Science degree. A minimum of 55% is expected of the students in their undergraduate.
So you can do this course after BAMS.But every college has its own elligibility criteria.
A good NEET PG score would definitely help in getting to top college.

Yes, as mentioned in the official website of Asian College of Journalism (ACJ) offers the placement to students after the completion of course.
