PGPM or PGDM is not an issue nowadays as PGPM is an industry accepted qualification across companies now. IBS, Mumbai has recently started getting companies for HR top being reliance Jio and TCS. Other profiles which come in offer quiet low package in the range of (3 lacs to 5 lacs pa). But, if you get internship in a good HR firm. Chances are there that you may get a PPO/PPI but from last year, HR people have also started getting mentorship for selected students of HR.

Apart from Hyderabad, Dehradun & Jaipur campus IBS runs an autonomous institute which awards PGPM. Though, you still have an option of having MBA with PGPM with IBS, Dehradun as like what I did while pursuing PGPM from IBS, Gurgaon.

Hi,
NSB does not have any dual specialization. There is only one specialization that a student can choose out of marketing, HR and finance. This is in terms of the university curriculum only. PGPM is just like an internal and added advantage courses that the college would offer you. This has no connection with what you choose for specializations. You need to pass in all your PGPM scores (internal scores) to get your PGPM certificate.
