I think, you should opt MBA in Marketing/Brand/Advertising. The scope of MBA in Marketing is very good in today's market trend. MBA in Marketing is one of the oldest disciplines of management study. If you are interested in the entertainment, media, promotions, advertisement, sales and general management field, then the MBA is appropriate for you.

PGDM, as the name suggests, is a diploma and not a regular degree. Its syllabus focuses on practical aspects of management and is very concise.
MBA is a regular Masters degree with benefits of both, being superior to diploma and being a PG course. Its course is also very elaborate. Hence, more merits mean more fee. Also, MBA students are placed more easily than PGDM.
